What do I do for pictures for real estate?

I typically take several photos, out of which I will edit 3 with property outlines, address, and acreage. All photos will be handed over which then the agent can select which photos to submit for advertising. 

What do I do for videos for real estate?

Videos I create will include a bundle of photos and an edited video with music to then be advertised. I do not add CGI or edit colors of buildings or grass. 

What format do I do for real estate?

The videos I edit with be made into 1080P FHD format. 

What format for photos?

All photos are made into a JPG format alone with made into a smaller file size to meet size requirements for advertising sites. If you would like the original resolution I will be more than happy to provide them unedited. 

What unedited formats can I do?

The equipment I have can do up to 4K 120FPS and 48MP photos.

Photos - $150

Video w/photos - $300 

Hourly Rate

$150 for the 1st hour. $100 every hour additional while on site. 

(additional price if I need to provide SD card to hand over unedited footage.)

$75 

plus if you would like a print and frame.
